There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. I do aim to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, managing a dietary condition, or developing a healthy relationship with food, I offer a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.

With over 8 years of experience in sale&marketing industry, after my kids were born I managed to turn my biggest passion & hobby - nutrition & wellness into succesfull business. I am now working on improving women health through diet and lifestyle changes. I use an integrative approach, which means addressing the physical, social, cognitive, behavioral, spiritual and energetic aspects of life while calling attention to femininity and self-love.

Known as Mrs Lithuania and a mother of two children, I offer "One month - for all life programme" for the women who wish to fall in love with themselves by working on their eating & lifestyle habits. It is based on individual needs, which states, that fundamental background on nutrition & understanding of nutritional needs does not purely consist of food, but is also a part of socio-cultural backgrounds, and therefore in order to achieve feeling and looking great, requires a deep, intuitive understanding of yourself.

I offer programmes/consultations for women who want to fall in love with themselves again and live the best life possible.

With my programme, you will find out how nutrition affects your daily life, risks of emotional eating behaviors, learn to cook easy and healthy meals together with how to approach your wellness in a positive, self-loving way.
